Blue Point Consultants Ltd also offer corporate and private clients comprehensive Relocation and Destination services. Our expert team use personal and professional experience to guide newcomers to the island through the relocation and settling-in process.

With a combined knowledge of both the UK, European and Caribbean property markets and reporting standards we are well placed to offer expert advice on all property matters from landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, current values of both residential, commercial and hotels, current build costs. Furthermore as well placed professionals in the market we offer our clients expert advice when purchasing or selling their commercial properties.
